Our Story

About Copper Kettle

Serving Eureka, Kansas with honest, down-home cooking for decades. No frills, no fuss — just real food made with care.

Where the Kettle Got Its Name

Copper Kettle started as a small diner in the heart of Eureka, Kansas. The name came from the original copper kettle that hung in the kitchen — a relic from an era when families gathered around hearty meals.

Back then, like now, our promise was simple: serve good food, treat people right, and make sure no one leaves hungry.

That promise still guides us today. We're a small-town restaurant that believes in big portions, fresh ingredients, and the kind of service that makes you feel like family.
